Three future Bulldogs on NHL Central Scouting Futures List for 2016 draft

Three future Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs were included on the NHL Central Scouting Services’ Futures List for North America and Europe ahead of the 2016 NHL Entry Draft on June 24–25 in Buffalo, N.Y.

Among the 25 current and prospective NCAA recruits on the list are Bulldogs verbal commitments Michael Graham of Eden Prairie, Riley Tufte of Blaine and Joey Anderson of Roseville. All three 17-year-old forwards are projected to join UMD in the fall of 2017.

Graham, a 6-foot-2, 190-pound center, scored 26 goals and 23 assists in 30 games for Eden Prairie High School in 2014-15 while Tufte, a 6-foot-5, 205-pound left wing, had 29 goals and 34 assists in 30 games for Blaine High School. Both players helped lead their teams to the Minnesota Class AA state tournament in 2014-15 and both players United States Hockey League rights are owned by the Fargo Force.

Anderson, a 5-foot-11, 189-pound right wing, is out of Hill Murray High School. He’s a member of the U.S. National Team Development Program, having recorded 21 goals and 21 assists in 55 games in 2014-15 with the Under-17 squad.
